If you have pain and injuries that just don’t seem to go away, it is important to look at the way you are moving. Chronic symptoms are rarely just the fault of the site of pain; their causes are usually more global. They might be a result of:
- Muscle imbalances
- Short muscles
- Restricted soft-tissue
- Weak or inactive muscles
- Postural habits
- Uneven body use
